A quiet space to understand yourself, heal and move forward.

Individual psychotherapy for adults. We work gently and at your own pace, exploring how past and present experiences shape your relationships, your sense of self and your emotional wellbeing.

 AREAS OF SUPPORT

Some things we might explore together.

  • 01

    Anxiety & overwhelm

Finding steadiness when your mind feels constantly on alert, and meeting difficult moments with more room.

  • 02

    Relationships

Looking at patterns in how you connect, separate and come back to others — and what you would like to change.

  • 03

    Grief & loss

Holding space for endings, transitions and the ways we carry what has been lost within us.

  • 04

    Self & identity

Questions of who you are, where you fit and how you would like to live — explored without hurry.

 MY APPROACH

 ABOUT

About your therapist

Hannah EllisI think that therapy begins with feeling heard and accepted where you are. My role is to explore what is happening for you, and together we can begin to make sense of thoughts, feelings and patterns that may be difficult to navigate alone. I trained as a psychotherapist at the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) and am a registered member of the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). My approach is integrative, which means I draw from different therapeutic perspectives and most importantly, adapt the work to you as an individual. Together, we can explore what feels important and work at a pace that feels manageable for you. I bring curiosity and openness to my work, while also offering a space for the more difficult or uncomfortable parts of your experience. Therapy can be a place to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, find new perspectives and perhaps begin to live with greater freedom and choice. You are very welcome to get in touch, there is no expectation or commitment in making an initial enquiry.
